Jeary & Lewis are Wiltshire based Solicitors covering Chippenham, Swindon and surrounding areas

At Jeary and Lewis we have been providing a professional and efficient service for the past 30 years. We understand that, for many, going into a solicitors office for the first time can be quite daunting. We pride ourselves on our client friendly attitude, and try to help all of our clients to overcome their legal problems where we can.

We offer representation in many different legal fields. Each of our solicitors have spent many years working in their chosen field in order to provide you with the best advice possible. You will find them approachable and friendly, offering advice that is practical and easy to understand.  We will not bombard you with legal jargon and legislation-we will simply explain how the law affects you and what we can do to help.

Free Initial 30 minute appointment

Some of our departments offer a free initial 30 minute consultation. This free of charge consulatation is an ideal opportunity for you to come in and discuss your legal problem with one of our legal experts. They will be able to set out your options and help you decide the best course of action to resolve your legal issue. For more information on this service, please phone our offices on 01249 444484 to arrange an appointment.

Legal Aid

We are one of the few firms, in the area, to offer Legal Aid.  Depending on your circumstances, we may be able to apply for Public Funding on your behalf to help pay for your legal advice.  In some cases, all legal fees will be covered.

Please see our Legal Aid section for more information on the upcoming changes to the Legal Aid system. Use the Legal Aid Calculator, provided by the Legal Services Commission to see if you may be eligible for Legal Aid.
