Cindy Ervine: Solicitor
Head of Family Department
I specialise in matrimonial matters and have been helping clients since 1995.
I also provide support with all other family matters and offer emergency advice for those who are experiencing domestic violence.
I am an advanced member of the Law Society’s Family Law panel. It means I am qualified to deal with complex and serious cases of Family Law. I also belong to Resolution, a team of 5500 family lawyers who help to resolve family disputes through advice and family guidance.
I am a member of SPLITZ (who tackle domestic abuse) and on a more local level, am an active member of Chippenham Contact Centre.
When not running around after two mad children, I enjoy yoga, relaxing and drinking good quality red wine.
Maxine Burton: Legal Executive
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and have practised Family Law since 1995. I am qualified to advise and represent clients in all matters relating to cohabitation and marriage breakdown.
I believe in providing clients with approachable support during what can often be an emotionally difficult time. I have a particular interest in the law surrounding domestic violence, as well as child matters such as residence and contact.
I am also a member of Resolution – a team of 5500 family lawyers who help to resolve family disputes through advice and family guidance.
My spare time is spent with my family and I have two young children. I enjoy swimming and reading.
