Meet the Family Department
Carol Dawe – Solicitor/Head of department
Representing clients in public (where social services are involved) and private law children matters (disputes between parents). I conduct my own advocacy up to and including final hearings for children matters. On occasion, I will instruct a barrister should I feel this will be beneficial.
Further, I represent and advise clients in respect of domestic abuse issues. I also advise and represent clients in respect of divorce and financial settlements upon divorce.
I consider myself to be approachable and avoid using jargon.
Outside of work I enjoy going to boot camp and meeting new people. I also enjoy spending my free time doing fun activities with family.
Anne Morris – Solicitor
I am a Solicitor with over 25 years experience in Family Law. My work includes all aspects of private Law, including divorce, children, finances and co-habitation disputes.
I also do public law work, representing clients who are having difficulties with Social Services in relation to their children.
Our family team are all members of Resolution, a National Organisation committed to a constructive, non-confrontational approach to divorce, separation and other family problems.
